Privacy policy

Location. The coordinates and place name you select are used to calculate the product and are stored with your design and any order made from it.

Email address. Your email address is collected with your order and is used to send you messages about that order.

Shipping address. Your shipping address is collected on our checkout page and is used to price shipping and to deliver your order.

Device information. When you place an order, the IP address and browser identification string of the device used are recorded for fraud prevention and kept with the order record.

Payment information. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider on its own pages. Card details are not transmitted to or stored on our servers; we store the provider's reference for each payment.

Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate this site. We do not sell personal information.

• The payment provider processes your payment and receives your email address and shipping address for the receipt.
• The print partner receives the print file and your shipping address to produce and deliver your order. When a shipping quote is requested, your street address, city, region, postal code, and country are sent to the print partner before payment.
• The geocoding service, named on the data sources page, receives the place names you search for and returns coordinates.
• Google Maps loads in your browser only if you open the optional map view, and then receives your IP address and the location shown.

The only cookie this site sets is used to keep you signed in. This site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. Requests can be sent to admin@sunriseatmyhouse.com with the order number or search your request concerns.
